More importantly, regarding your question about "including somebody who’s made the transition from web to print." Um, that would be me. "A.D." My true-life graphic novel of Hurricane Katrina, was serialized online on SMITH Magazine (www.smithmag.net/afterthedeluge) from 2007–2008. It was picked up by Pantheon last summer, and I've spent the last six months expanding, revising, and formatting it for print publication. The hardcover edition of "A.D." is due on the shelves in mid-August, just in time for the fourth anniversary of Katrina. Hope to see you at the panel!
