Actually, It’s Closer To Typing Elbow, I Think
It’s been Busy Times around here for the past week or so; let’s make today quick and give my typin’ wrists a cool-down, hey?
Continuing story: the first day’s offerings of the Web-Comics Auction for the Gulf have just closed out their auction, meaning that even if all remaining auctions were cancelled, the contribution to the Colbert Nation Gulf of America Fund will be at least $1041.05 (and in the coming days, auctions will close on a number of big-ticket items).
Quick Announcements:
- 200 updates of sticky-note comics!
- Man illustrates greeting cards, but desires narrative creative outlet!
- Webcomic redesigns site for better reading experience!
- Collective accepting prospective new members, but only if you hurry!
- I have money in my Kiva account!
To expand on that last one a bit, Kiva’s Team Webcomics is now 56th (out of 1357) on the all-time total loaned list, coming in ahead of such worthies as bloggers and the country of Finland. Just thought I’d mention.
