		<description><![CDATA[I never really thought about it until this year, but those chokepoint steps are freaking dangerous.  When every one is coming down there is no easy way to go up and huge bottlenecks are created whenever there is a train crossing.  I still don&#039;t understand why they built that footbridge where they did.  It would make more sense if it was closer.]]></description>
